HOME REBUILD & MODERNIZATION PROGRAM

Home Rebuild & Modernization Assistance Program

The AYTCH INC. Home Rebuild & Modernization Assistance Program is designed to help families create safer, more functional homes while reducing the financial burden of essential upgrades. Through partnerships with nonprofit organizations and the use of tax-exempt purchasing, this program allows families to access high-quality home improvement materials and appliances at significantly reduced costs.

We believe that every family deserves to live in a home that is safe, efficient, and built to support their everyday needs. Unfortunately, many households delay important repairs or upgrades due to rising costs. This program bridges that gap by working with nonprofit partners to leverage tax-exempt purchasing and negotiated savings with major retailers.

Through the program, participating families can save money on home improvement products from trusted retailers such as Best Buy, Home Depot, and Lowe’s. These savings make it easier to replace outdated appliances, improve safety features, upgrade essential home systems, and modernize living spaces without overwhelming financial strain.

What the Program Supports

The program helps families access affordable solutions for a variety of home improvement needs, including:

  • Essential home repairs and safety improvements

  • Kitchen and appliance upgrades

  • Energy-efficient home improvements

  • Electrical and lighting upgrades

  • Bathroom modernization

  • Flooring, fixtures, and basic renovation materials

  • Smart home and security technology

By working through nonprofit partnerships, qualifying families can take advantage of tax-exempt purchasing and bulk pricing opportunities that significantly reduce overall costs.
